Synergy Bank Announces Senior Vice President

Synergy Bank's board of directors recently named Tracy Rutledge as Senior Vice President of Synergy Bank.  The announcement was made by Jerry P. Ledet, Jr., Synergy Bank President and CEO.

Rutledge recently joined Synergy Bank with 22 years of bank lending experience. He will serve as a Commercial Lender in the Capital Region working with local businesses with their financial needs. In addition, he will transition to Capital Market President for the bank in the Spring of 2025.

A native of Baton Rouge, Rutledge graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.  He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, Leadership Baton Rouge, and Business Report Leadership Academy. He currently serves as Board Chair of University Lab’s Foundation, Stewardship Chair of Trinity Episcopal Church, and Coach of the Sacred Heart football and baseball teams.
